We offer free shipping Canada-wide on all orders over $200 (before taxes)! This applies to ground shipped orders using standard ground shipping services to regular delivery routes within Canada, or the nearest delivery location to hold for pickup. We ship using multiple couriers, so your packages will be sent to you with no delays using the most convenient shipping methods available.
In remote areas of Canada, shipping rates may be subject to change, but we will notify you before completing your order. Any area without standard ground shipping services may require some additional shipping charges. This includes areas such as the Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Quebec and Newfoundland. If your package arrives damaged
Please look over your package for any signs of damage before accepting it. If you notice any signs of damage that may affect your product, do not sign the sales receipt and contact us immediately via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 855-253-4330 so we can make a claim and replace your order. If there is minor damage that you suspect will not affect your order, you can accept it, but take note of any areas that are damaged on the delivery receipt with a note specifying the product may be “Subject to Concealed Damage.” Taking these precautionary steps can prevent grief in the unfortunate circumstance that any damage is discovered after opening your package.
If you discover any damage after opening your package
Inspect your item(s) immediately for any signs of possible “Concealed Damage.” In the unfortunate event that any damage is found after opening your package, contact the courier immediately to report your findings. Please be sure to keep your delivery receipt as well as all original packaging so that a proper claim can be made, and if possible, take photos of the damaged product for further support of the claim. How long until I receive my order?
